So what happens to BOW if all of the LNG plants in Gladstone get delayed (or worse?).
I'm assuming BOW's gas is only worth something if you can sell it (LNG being the major driver of all of the transactions, PES etc, referred to when 'valuing' BOW).
See recent analyst rumblings about Asian customers unwilling to sign 20 yr LNG off-take agreements in the middle of a financial crisis. LNG prices down 75% in the last 12 months in line with oil and everything else.
I'm actively taking profits as we go as BOW is only worth $1 or $2 or whatever if someone is willing to pay for it (ie takeover).
It doesn't have any other options to monetise the gas in the short term.
No earnings, no cashflow, no production.
Until it does, its just a speccy to be treated as such.
I'm getting my intial investment out, riding profits but would happily sell more if it went $1.50, $2 etc.
