Now you mention it, they only have permission to do a trial mine on a patch of the Amazon the size of a soccer pitch, but can't clear anything because the Farmer that they have the deal with has already exceeded his permissible clearing on his land. So since clearing land in the Amazon Basin is not allowed, you could be said to be correct.
