yes I agree, given that if they need to we think they could send out the drills and get anther 40 years LOM on this project he PE should sit at 15X and still be below average. 15X 117 mill (base case 3) projected income =AUD 1.7 billion mrkt cap divided by 130 mill shares puts this at 13$ a share

And thats before the battery Mn deal even clicks in!

And we think that deal is a lot closer than we all think.
to be honest they have even mentioned it in the Sept 2019 quarterly report. see extract below:

"Offtake discussions are well advanced with a number of potential Japanese, Korean, US and European consumers
of EMM. The identity of the potential end users remain confidential however they represent a number of major
steel producers in jurisdictions outside of China. In discussions to date, the Company has received strong
indications that demand for non-Chinese production of these high purity manganese products is robust which
bodes well for the Company’s efforts to lock in bankable offtake arrangements with credible counterparties to
underpin project financing discussions. A visit to Japan, Korea, the USA and the EU is planned for late October
2019 to continue negotiations."

you know they cant do that under ASX rules unless it's for real- and that was over a year ago. We speculate they must be getting near to signing something in next few months. Were also hearing local gossip etc as I'm sure you guys are too. we think the deals not to far off. it smells that way..

with such a deal 20$ is absolutely possible.

Thats why I'm saying don't take profit too soon. peel off your starting capital and free ride this baby cos we recxkon shes going waaaay higher! as they say cut the mediocre ones and let the good ones run.
Justin and the guys have done an outstanding job so far. So why back another horse -we all know how many lazy lifestyle directors the are in Perth as juniors. issuing free shares and oppies like confetti.

weve already got back our starting money and are freeriding. We are not sellers. And more Disallowed members buying in. were staying long.

I think the tricky thing is what PE to use.

It's funny cause other manga stocks like OHM which is already producer as really low PE as well i.e. under 10 on average it appears.

Does anyone know why? Is it short mine life? Limited proved reserves?
