    There may be a short term spike when the buyback is announced? However buybacks didn't seem to do much for the short term SP of OCL and IFM.
    I'm in for the full business cycle anyhow. Would like to buy some more if I can reduce my ave buy in price below 44 cents.

    I just hope somebody will give me some volatility in either direction.
