People getting cold feet/profit taking.
That and people seeing a drop, thinking someone else knows more than them and trying to get in before the (implied) bad news hits.
Really, the reverse of what's been happening the past few days. Nobody knows anything, so people are jumping at shadows.
As for if buying at this price is a good idea. I'll tell you after the announcement :)
