I dont see how. for the next 24 months during the growth stage of CHM there are less then 200m shares on offer, even if you relaese all shares it will be around 330m shares, far less then most stocks.
Another point is 68% is held by the top 20 including those held in escrow meaning only 100m are free to trade ans we have churned throigh that number in 5 days.
