Boards are very often hotbeds of dispute and that's often a good thing. Perhaps the Board has been arguing about results issues and perhaps Dickson who is the old guard of the Board was so annoyed that he resigned recently. He is still the company secretary mind you. Dickson has been validated IMO and AP embarrassed. Not a bad thing going forward.
