This is only a change of interest for Rob Healy for
the completion of Tranche 1.
There was 9300 000 shares issued ...Healy taking 6 475000
which leaves 2 825000 shares issued to other major shareholders.

Apparently reading on other stocks many times the sp drops
to the issue price quickly if there is insufficent positive news.
