Seriously. I'm concerned at how many traders don't keep track of wash notices, and think nothing of a company printing 12 million shares for friends every couple of minutes. Z1P would be in the $20s-$30s right now if they didn't print shares for family and friends who dumped them immediately on the market for $$.

I'm heavily invested, and don't want to see my shares diluted to all hell. Dilution matters incredibly. The effects aren't linear, nor can they be simply seen in a percentage and applied to an equity price. Excessive sells and volume drive down prices. If they hadn't dumped the 10s of million odd shares to mates in the past 6 months - the share price would be entirely different today. Instead of being personally offended because I haven't posted here before as though it's a schoolyard 'new kid! new kid!'. How about considering the effects of dilution, then offering your thoughts on why it doesn't matter to the share price. I'm keen to start this discussion, because it seems to have been missed. Z1P could print 1 billion shares tomorrow and gift them to the wife, who then dumps them for $$ dragging the price back to $2.05 and nobody here would bat an eyelid.
