with fraudulent contacts, are they actually talking about work contracts? If we look at the contracts we had the first Beijing canal and wetlands projects, work done, seen pictures and been paid, east lake seen pictures , paid and recently has follow up work in south lake, xingyun lake work done, part paid, seen pictures they had said about another 20 projects , I would say some of these recently done ie yutan, Beijing resiour, tingpang. These have been done since the problem was known so these contracts are real which then starts putting the rest in this 20 as solid possibility, also the dainchi trail work is real. So on the work contracts at this stage none seem to have problems. The 2 main contracts at this stage are the xingyun and shilongba ones, seeing we had done work on xingyun already and shilongba would have been issued by the same controlling body as dianchi I would think these are real just restart and start times and pace / amount of work might vary.
Could fraudulent contracts be more referring to supplies, staff, equipment hire , bonus payments etc rather than actual work contracts?
Not much longer to wait and the speculation will end.

by the way was reading a scientific paper the other day. Something is changing with the earths soil which prevents phosphate run off into lakes and all the internal p loading has disappeared by some magic trick and they are predicting the temperature to cool five degree and algal booms to be a thing of the past and products like phoslock will no long be required, just can't find the link to it anymore ? Perhaps it was fake news and google deleted the post

the story and potential for us hasn't changed, we all need to remember why we first brought into this stock, yes last year was terrible but no reason why we can't reset and relize or protential
