I disagree, you are assuming that all investors are in it for the long haul. he might of had a massive increase in his portfolio and decided to sell his shares because of many different personal reasons. If it was insider trading then why was he the only board of director who sold? I think he was moved along to make way for a PLL representative and he just simply thought it was a good time to cash in. We will find out in good time.
