Having been involved in a situation where administrators and lawyers are involved in the settlement of a dispute I wouldn't be holding my breath on a ruling, the one I was involved in took 3 years and it involved a substantially smaller sum.
Once this uncertainty has been resolved I have no doubt the share price will rise substantially, maybe the overhang of the hedge will keep the price down long enough to enable thow who are that way inclined to build up sizable holdings.
