This is left field but is it at all possible that by announcing you're going to shut manufacturing they may have forced the hand of someone they previously were negotiating with as partner to reassess their offer.Let's face it if you were ED for example sitting on the Mexico approval it's worth nothing to them without a product but big money for them if we're still around. Very weird what's happened with Mexico with verbal agreement etc. I often use similar tactics in my line and it works more often than not.You can't make a profit on thin air and that's what all our suppliers will be getting from us very shortly.
