He's not worth +$10m based on holdings of the top 20. Im sure he'd like to be worth +$10m. Maybe if the shares were worth +$1 a pop he might be.
He was probably employed when the shares were worth 3c and has worked his arse off to acquire his holding over the past 8 - 5 years. The only motivation here is to be rewarded for your hard work.
