There's a crew of pumpers + rampers on Twitter, nothing against them but in regards to ATC, the ramping started most likely around the time the company had an opportunity to fill the remaining shortfall of CR shares at 4c. It took them nearly 2 months to raise $12.5m, all retail except Melewar. The pump crew know nothing about the history of ATC, nor are they interested - they see a quick 20-30% profit as they've been issued the remaining 4c shares. They dumped hard last week along with SMI.
