Please realize that research of this type is always paid for by the company. This means that however incisive or honest the analyst, negative research does not get published.
Most small caps have to pay for research as share trading volumes and lack of institutional interest does not justify free brokerage cover.
So ADX not doing anything unusual, but you should understand the reason the research is published, and judge its impartiality on that basis.
