Could it be the 1.4m from QLD govt, to boost employment and manufacturing in the state.
Maybe the funding was offered by govt a while ago conditional on jobs and facilities like ellume is doing.
Anteo might have bailed at that initially, but has now changed there mind and asked for some money because they ARE now prepared to build a facility and need a facility to meet anticipated demand.
Maybe kinematic made it all alot easier to do and it costs about ...1.4m ....
