awesome report... UMC have never released so many pics on tenements not approved yet... albeit not a mention the ground is 100% Karijini National Park, Section 19, Class 'A' Reserve.... All more difficult to get approved than any other ground....unfortunately.
* The ground is proven and has been inferred to > 300mt
* That alone will justify the benefits to the state as far as revenue, etc.
* UMC will have to throw in some other perks to get one through, such as an increased state royality of say an additional 1% to be released to the local communities for health and welfare, in line with the current Government party initiatives.
* Because of KNP ground, the approval requires thumbs up from both houses of Parliament :(
* Requires the input from GSWA (not an issue considering the in-ground value identified from Goldsworthy).
* Requires public comment/input
* EPA gets very involved! But generally that ground will come with many environmental 'conditions'....
By the look of the details they provided shareholders today, that report IMO is a very small sniplet of a massive document heading directly to the Minister's door step! mark my words on that! But they can't do anything until the objections are cleared and the Section 111 - Authorisation for Iron (which won't be an issue) is completed! (actually I haven't checked the objections recently).
Everything is possible.............
