I don't like UMC's chances one tiny bit - 300m tonnes of iron ore is a drop in the bucket, Australia is awash with iron ore - there's enough already out there to last for a hundred years of mining flat out..... so it's not a strategic reserve in any sense, and given it's in a national park - I'd give it Buckley's of getting permits to mess up the environment in a sensitive area....
