”Someone” with billions of dollars. So what if they have billions. What is the thesis here? What, the FDA thought oh dear there is a company who has billions of dollars so we will just follow their line? Very very silly comment. Ultimately, many small medical companies get their products approved. Heaven forbid, many are not American. MSB failed. Again.
Two decades of failure with many changes of direction, many cap raising, one tenuous collaboration (after previous collaborations blew up).
The product may by solid. And frankly, if the product is what you believe it to be, then the failure to get approval an even bigger failure. Not sure if this organisation has the ability to deliver on it.
