I think generalizing an entire franchise by your experience with up to a few stores at limited times as a crash and burn isn't doing you any favors.
I trust fund a fund manager that has ample experience with fast food brands and access to the companies financials over a guy who walked into a GyG a couple of times.
He was a little heavy handed but honestly deservedly so to baseless statement with no thought or analysis.
