G’day Rookstar. Thanks for correcting my data. These boards can be so useful, when people help each other like that. Much appreciated.
That definitely improves our position. But we’re not in production for a few more months. With what has been exposed to date, we’re probably valued about right.
It’s the future that is the potential upside and we just don’t know that as yet.

I suggest you read Rudders’ post 50221905,
5B t / 40 year mine life close by. Owned by Clough family who own just over 50% of TI1.

That 5Bt Depends on grade; particularly quantity of high grade if any. but you’d think being close to us there might be a bit more high grade stuff.
But we also have low grade, so until it’s drilled we won’t know
Also the deal to include some/all of that 5B t will be critical. Too much dilution could make it break even/negative for us. Again until we see a deal we won’t know.

Key things to watch for are off take agreement with selling price, final total C1 costs and any indication of % earnings they will pay out as divs. Obviously the surrounding ground deal also of high importance.

As they have cash to get to production, they don’t need any pumping announcements to get the SP higher, so they can do capital raisings, as most juniors need to do.
If that ground around us is in play, then the deal to do it, also vital.

For now we wait, although I see blue advises quarterly due. So hopefully some of our questions might be answered this week. Patience required, as is usual for all emerging juniors.
    Cheers,
    Ned.
