Here are a few points that some how have gone over your head , these are my opinions only

1 : We are in pretty much the worst economic times since the 30's which makes building a business extremely difficult

2 : The current sp does not reflect the true value and won't until the current negotiations have been completed

3 : The spp extension has been extended for obvious reasons , and I guess i'm a bunny because I've taken the carrot and pocketed $681 on the way . If I had 5k to spare and didn't need to wait for settlement I could have been a bunny and have $909 in my pocket and be supporting the company.

Here's a thought , If you can get your hands on $5000 why don't you sell 45455 shares at 12cents today and bpay the $5000 to get them back? You will pocket $454 minus brokerage but make sure you do it before the end of the week , Just a thought
