I'm out.....dug a bit deeper and I didn't like what I found

-Announcement bullet point proudly boasts of low discount-Add the 1 for 2 option not mentioned in the bullet points and the discount valuation is much bigger....just disingenuous in my opinion
-Add the warrants/options that Roth gets on top of their 6% and you start asking are you getting sticky money? or is it fee driven by Roth
-Did some DD on Roth and they have an interesting track record to say the least
-Rang a broker mate in the US and didn't get positive feedback on Roth

Just re-emphasised that there are too many tricks/ruses with this management....nothing is ever vanilla.

Great bonus to be well funded but in my opinion there are still critical credibility and accountability issues that won't ever be addressed

Good luck Lake shareholders/posters the lithium boom will make you good coin...I promise not to swipe from the sidelines now but I can't be involved with people I don't trust......I'm sure the good riddance cries will ring loud
