Also a quick look at the numbers when 88 million shares were issued or 10percent of the company this should have possibly brought the insto's numbers around to the 15-16 percent level which has showed they have already offloaded 5 percent of the company in the past 3 months to retail holders.

I don't know why WGO like to drum up this insto number in their reports as it will be embarrassing if at the next report the figure is down again to the 5-6 percent level as it would have clearly shown that Insto's are just dumping the shares from any capital raises .
