More to the point that WGO have been lazy with their share placements.
Management should be earning their keep finding partners to take even a 5 percent stake at minimal discounts shouldn't have been too difficult after the WE2 discovery and Gas deals. Such an enitity would more than likely be in it for the long haul then.
