I actually 100% agree with you, and I am LTH for TSO.

Some holders here are discussing 60c-$1.00 by the end of this year, and of course others are saying $2+.

By my calculations, there are going to be 120million shares released on or around July this year, where we hope that SP will be around 50cents. However, if it's higher, say .75cents, that's circa $90mil in bonuses, and around $30mil each director!!!

Show me one gold explorer that has handed out $30mil each on announcing a JORC....

There's saying thanks, and then there are directors performing high-way robbery.

Also, if our MC is circa $400mil at that stage, we're adding an additional 25% onto our MC in bonuses. That is a 25% dilution to our holdings, and I wonder if we will take a 25% hit as a result?

Either way, good reason to sell before the announcement of a JORC...unless someone wants to ask Z.R why he thinks he deserves circa $30mil this year for doing a good job and why around $2-5mil would not be more proportional?
