There is confusion on this. I am pretty sure the closing date is the 26th, which means your name must be on the share register by then. So your trade needs to be settled.
I will email company for clarification.
It makes sense that the company would allow for potential as well as exostoing shareholders to particpate and for existing shareholders to exit.
