I'm not saying that a CR is impossible, just that NVX management was publicly saying that they would use debt facilities and US government funds. They have the right to choose whichever solution they think is the best interest of shareholders. I remember Elon saying on a Tesla quarterly earnings call that they won't do a CR and soon after they did. So yeah, never say never.
