Interesting to note: when I investigated all the neighbours a year ago for my own portfolio, it seemed a bit odd that investors were buying a few nearologists based on the mere hope of talking the price up... or so it seemed.
Looking at a few of them again now, it's throwing up bigger red flags - at least to me and my newbie 101 checklist which I still adhere to after 3 decades - top of the list:
Anybody who takes a year to order a helicopter for an EM flight better have a dang good reason, but in my limited imagination I can't think of any good reason that may promise a long term positive.
