Maybe your brother inlaw could look at packaging them in a smaller unit so they don't take up so much room ??
Are these 2 kg boxes sold all year ? If not do you really expect a young lad to change the planogram of the freezer layout for 2 weeks of the year, especially the busiest 2 weeks. Also not all WOW stores have the same freezer space.
Or even better cut some costs and sell them in the plastic bags you refer to that are inside the box, will also stop landfill
