PEN was at one stage around $1.20 five years ago (2016), and PEN is in a better position today than it was back then (IMO - as it is now further advanced and now debt free )
And that wasn't even in a uranium bull market.
Was it "stupid money" back in 2016 that drove the share price that high as well?
Understand things were different in 2016, but if spot price rises back to what it was in 2016 or if we enter this expected uranium bull market, would it surprise anyone if we hit $1?
