Afternoon troops,I have just finished speaking to Peter.

The IRR is almost complete with a few minor details to be finalised and Peter is hopeful of having this in the next few days at which point it will go into the data room.

They would like to release this prior to the quarterly but no guarantees.

Whilst there have been several informal approaches to Marion no prospective buyer has had access to the data room as it is incomplete.

Peter mentioned that the resource in ground is very large apart from the 1P,2P & 3P and it is his considered opinion that it is a very attractive asset to more than one big player in the US gas market.

I asked about the cash situation and was advised that there are no concerns with regard to the companies current cash position or refinance going forward.

Having never met or spoken to Peter before I was pleasantly surprised at his willingness to discuss the companies situation and to answer questions.Obviously I was carefull not to attempt to compromise him.

All in all I feel holders have good reason to be confident that the company, in conjunction with GS, will negotiate a successful sale of the companies assets.
