So assuming the placebo group remains 11.8%, technically the p3 trial still meets the primary endpoint even if 6m MPC group only shows, say, 12%?
just thinking it would probably make more sense if they pre-specify a percentage, e.g. 20% higher than the placebo group.
if the % difference is too small, practically it doesn’t really make much difference, even if the trial meets the endpoint.
