No. You still don't know how long it is going to be dead money for. You need another signal other than just the idea that this might be the bottom. It can only ever be called a bottom with hindsight.
Who would've guessed we'd be talking about 4,5,6 and 7c when the options were converted at 28c ~all~ that time ago.
