High AUD hurting this, only reason it’s hovering low $14s. I suspect the USD will continue to weaken that may place pressure on this beautiful and resilient earner. My view is aid to usd won’t go beyond 0.80-85, but could be wrong. I got some more in the low $10s back during crazy Covid March, but looking at this now as a relatively cheap blue chip compared to the market. Banks and woodside were my pick pre November onwards rally. So looking at my next move, this is among several that may find my April dividends deployed into!
note I’ve never actually sold AMC, only ever accumulated when it’s ‘cheap’ compared to the broader market. It’s a pretty boring stock, but steady performers like this over a 5-10 year period tend to be winners.
