The ADN 12 November announcement says:
Following receipt of some initial highly encouraging test results of halloysite-kaolin material in concrete and mine backfill applications, testing has continued and been expanded into a number of commercially important concrete application mix designs, and is continuing to deliver very positive results. A number of important handling and performance improvements of the concrete are being found with addition levels of only 1kg–2kg/m3of halloysite-kaolin, which Andromeda considers will make this potentially of genuine commercial interest for the existing domestic and global market. Testing will continue with official Australian Concrete Standards Certification anticipated in late November 2020.

The concrete industry represents a new and very significant domestic and global market opportunity for halloysite-kaolin where results to date indicate that it provides genuine benefits. Most importantly, at an addition level that makes it commercially attractive to use, it potentially represents a much higher value to Andromeda than other applications. Once the reduced amount of required processing is factored in, the opportunity becomes extremely compelling.

This isn't food or drugs for human consumption that needs exhaustive testing. If the chemistry works and the strength testing confirms, there are no real barriers to using this in construction. It may be a few years before engineers are ready to put up super slim bridges, but they will be very keen to.

While nano-applications may be somewhat blue sky, strengthening concrete is a practical use that can happen quickly. The potential demand is staggering.

Meeting regulatory standards won't be the issue, providing cost effective, significant, concrete performance improvements is the issue. We know it's cost effective, we could sell at $1kg and still be profitable.
I'm keen to hear from concrete-people about how significant the concrete performance benefits are
