look at fe65% seaborne prices below, difference around $20.but who knows at that time,it could shrink back to $5.
IMO capex would be much much lower. The reason being the PFS 2013 includes larger infrastructural development cost, example ( belt conveyer line from project site to Spencer gulf to transport ore directly.
Desalinated water lines from Spencer gulf to project site. Bulk mining, bigger plant n machinery, higher power,water cost etc etc.Costing in my view would be around $35-45/t, dun forget next ore.
