In light of your self confessed history of not doing your own research I think it may be time that you got off your behind and started looking deeply into the history and structure of the company. Reading even quickly the past announcements and presentations and spending some time on the company website would be a good start.

In the presentations you will be startled how often the director bonus structure for example gets layed out. But there is a lot of other valuable information that you may have missed too especially if you are a more recent investor.

Anyways they say in the Bible (apparently, Ive not read it to be honest) "the good lord helps those who help themselves.
