Question, do you really think the shares will be worth less in 3 years time?
My uneducated guess is they will be worth more, and in less than 3 years for that matter. And in that case this issue is (will be) dilutive to existing holders. And not by a small margin, 24 mil is over 4% on issue. For what it's worth i'll be voting against the issue.
