Swan gives nod to OZ Minerals' asset sales

Treasurer Wayne Swan says he has approved a revised application by China Minmetals Non-ferrous Metals to acquire certain mining assets of Australia's OZ Minerals.
The approval does not include the Prominent Hill mine.
The decision is conditional on ''legally enforceable undertakings'', Mr Swan said in a statement.
