We retail investors have had plenty of opportunity to buy at or below the price paid by the merchant bankers. Taking advantage of that opportunity has enabled us to avoid dilution. I don't really understand the beef except that the company expanded through acquiring MLC and some shareholders chose not to maintain their beneficial interest in the new larger company.
