    Can anyone here shed some light as to who actually owns the trees/nuts/fruits? My understanding is that the growers are the owners of those assets with TIM simply managing it. So would I be right in thinking that those assets will not be part of the liquidation process (with the proceed to be paid to secure creditors)?
