Agreed. Just pointing out how quickly a $28 prediction is accepted by this forum, even if it's not even a proper valuation or from a brokerage firm, just an AFR reported but when a brokerage firm calls it overvalued its obviously not true.
I think both should be taken with a grain of salt and people should be aware of their own confirmation biases that makes them accept positive info while ignoring negative.
