I don't know what building hospitals in China during an emergency situation has to do with this deal. I have seen 1st hand how efficient the Chinese are a building stuff and getting things done. It puts the bumbling system we have here to shame.
But thats irrelevant as it has absolutely nothing to do with what we're discussing here.
Anyway, the market is clearly super excited over this announcement - a massive 500k increase in market cap. I'd be planning my retirement off this.
African geopolitical risk X Chinese state owned exposure. Thats a "No" from me.
