i don,t think the currnet price reflects the true value of the company.Management have been adamant that the monetisation process would prove to themarket the true value of the business .The operationalsideof the business has held upwell. The major thing that has changed is the attitude of the banks ,analysts and the market to debt.If you can get your hands on capital pay apalatable price to themarket participants and take the thing private then you might see an offer that surprises the marketto the upside of hear.I dont think an offer of $2.00will get it over the line but 2.5 - 2.8 might.

The banks attitude has changed as we all know They were giving out umbrellas when the sun was shining and now that its raining they want them back.

They are a bunch of over paid dheads im my opinion who are fortunate that our banking regulations here provided a market place where they didnt get involved in whats gone on overseas in the sub prime space more by luck than good judgement
