They change their mind like their undies, and everytime are NOT accountable as they have every excuse under the sun except for the fact that they got it wring, whatever the case!
These analyst all apply for jobs at the weather bureau as this is the only other emploer in the world where you also arent accountabvle and never have to get it right :):)
