The early bird catches the worm, just the same as a well researched trader has a competitive edge.
Given the great finish in TOE it may be worthwhile establishing what makes it reasonable value at present.
May be worthwhile going to TOE website & reading Resource Capital Research Report & taking notice of sale of Lake Maitland by Mega Uranium in February 2009 & comparing its price to Market Capitalization of TOE to identify value equation.
