    Hello Hummerboy,

    I believe it is "the sale of ownership rights" from Petrohawk Energy Corporation, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, for an agreed sum.Which is different to outright ownership so they have rights for 75%.(leases)
    Worth noting "Petrohawk has been operating one rig in the play and has now increased this to two".All speculation but so are most of the penny stocks.IMO
