I'm not in the know. I'm just an observer of this company and my industry.
I'd guess the board are concerned..
If they place the shares on hold it spooks the market right? the place is close to a train wreck anyway. this could tip it over...
on the flip side, if they don't place them on hold they go into free fall...
I don't think insider trading and Andy will be used in the same sentence.. Andy doesn't need to coin or the grief.. it'll be more to do with questionable policy more than fraud. again my speculation.
